TL;DR – Another one bites the dust.
It appears that once popular accessories store, Accessorize, which hails from the UK has closed its Singapore stores.
First to go was the Raffles City outlet which has since been taken over by skincare brand Fresh, followed by its Bugis Junction branch and yesterday when we checked out ION Orchard,
This is what stands in its place.
This follows the demise of American food chain Smoothie King, British brand New Look and French menswear chain Celio in recent months. Which honestly, isn’t a surprise to us given how Orchard Road is pretty much a ghost town these days.

Those were the good days of kitschy bracelets, winter berets and everyday tote bags indeed. RIP.
