1) Theresa Goh wins bronze in 100m breaststroke SB4 final
After more than a decade of trying, Singapore’s Theresa Goh won third place in the women’s SB4 100m breaststroke final in Rio 2016, displaying true sportsmanship and ‘17 years of training and perseverance.’
2) Tanjong Pagar Railway station receives 100,000th visitor
The former Tanjong Pagar Railway Station welcomed its 100,000th visitor this morning September 12 since it first threw open its doors to the public on every public holiday in February 2015. Mandy Liaw, who became the 100,000th visitor, arrived at TPRS with her four-year-old daughter at around 11am – one hour after doors officially opened for the day.
