1. Smoke & Mirrors
Set in an industrial-chic environment, Smoke and Mirrors is a gorgeous rooftop bar located within the National Gallery Singapore. Established as one of Singapore’s best rooftop bars, you can enjoy panoramic views of Marina Bay Sands after a long day of work.

2. 28 Hong Kong Street
Dubbed one of Singapore’s top cocktail bars, 28 Hong Kong Street is well-known for its plain exterior that leads to a swanky, New York-esque interior. Camouflaged along a row of shophouses along Hong Kong Street, this speakeasy bar will leave you falling for its dark, dimly-lit ambience and stylish setting. Its fancy, handcrafted cocktails are top-notch and this place certainly deserves its spot in the Asia’s 50 Best Bars Award.

3. Bar Stories
If you are not familiar with the cocktail world, you may not have heard of Bar Stories. This quirky little bar nestled on the second floor along Haji Lane is super minimalist with its Scandinavian vintage furniture that oozes charm and personality. You will also be surprised to know that there is no menu. Each drink is customised to your preference and mood so it’s time to get creative!

4. iNCOGNiTO Bar
A collaboration with popular cafe Chye Seng Huat Hardware, iNCOGNiTO has is probably the most chillax bar around with its gorgeous candle-lit alfresco setting. If you enjoy your beer, this craft-beer garden offers a unique mix of tap and bottled beers from around the world and prices are very reasonable too.

5. The Reading Room
Book cafe by day, quirky candle-lit bar by night – The Reading Room is indeed for the true hipster. The Reading Room oozes charm and tranquility with rows of bookshelves and you will feel like you entered a secret library. Housed in one of the shophouses along Bukit Pasoh Road, The Reading Room was founded by former lawyer, Jake Folkoff, who is passionate about both books and F&B.

6. No. 5 Emerald Hill Cocktail Bar
If there is a hidden gem in town, it is definitely No.5 Emerald Hill Cocktail Bar. Housed within a two-storey 1910 Peranakan shophouse, this bar has a rustic atmosphere with its overhanging oriental red lanterns and wooden flooring. Known simply as No. 5, it is said to serve one of the best har cheong kais and unique mix of cocktails, all while tossing peanut shells on the floor. There is so much character and good vibes here for you to take your mind off work and just chill the night away with your friends.

7. Club Kyo
Tucked in the basement of a skyscraper in the CBD is this hidden gem of a club. Featuring a 24-metre bar, earthy tones and wooden furnishing, Club Kyo’s welcoming and relaxing vibes make it perfect for after-work drinks. You will also probably be blown away by its extensive collection of sakes and unique mix of cocktails, beers and wines.

Overlooking the Marina Bay waterfront is this elegant and stylish rooftop bar where you can soak up the view and night breeze while sipping cocktails. Featuring a 25-metre pool nestled in a lush tropical setting, complete with private cabanas and cushioned sunbeds, you can totally chill out here with vibrant beats of their live Cuban house band in the background.
