TL;DR – Things will never be the same again.
It’s no surprise now that it’s hard for F&B businesses to survive in Singapore and the latest to bite the dust is homegrown cafe, The Marmalade Pantry.
In a Facebook post, the cafe announced that they will be gone for good come 12 August 2018 after eight long years at ION Orchard. Famous for their weekend brunches and cupcakes, you can still get your hands on their popular Red Velvet and Elvis peanut butter cupcakes and stand to win $200 dining vouchers while at that too.
This is not the first outlet the restaurant has closed. Remember they used to have a branch at Bukit Timah Saddle Club yearsssss ago?
As part of their parting present, you can also enjoy all desserts at just $8 when you pay with Mastercard and an additional 15% off the total bill when you order other ala carte items.
You can still find them at Oasia Hotel Novena, Oasia Hotel Downtown and at their “petite”outlet at Robinson Road but heading to Orchard will never be the same again.
