’90s kids will probably fondly remember American singer-songwriter and actress, Mandy Moore, and her hit songs Candy, I Wanna Be With You and Someday We’ll Know.
And who could forget the coming-of-age romantic movie A Walk to Remember based on Nicholas Sparks’ novel of the same name, starring her and Shane West.
Recently on Sunday November 18, she married 33-year-old longtime boyfriend and musician Taylor Goldsmith in a private ceremony in their Los Angeles backyard and she shares pictures of the ceremony on Instagram.

The 34-year-old wore an unconventional pink tulle dress custom-made by Rodarte, which she paired with Rupert Sanderson Bedfa Swarovski shoes and the wedding was reportedly “very boho, with rugs on the floor surrounding the altar.”
A source close to the singer told HollywoodLife,
“Mandy’s wedding was stunning and the perfect reflection of her boho chic style. It was important to Mandy that there not be too many people there, so the guest list was very small, just family and close friends. She had the ceremony in her backyard in Pasadena and the reception was a few miles away at The Fig House. There was no sit-down dinner, it was a very informal vibe and most of the action was outdoors. There were little white lights strung through the trees and dancing under the stars, everyone said how magical it was. Mandy was extremely emotional the day of the wedding because her beloved cat Madeline died in her arms the night before. Mandy was so attached to Madeline, she was heartbroken over the loss. For the most part she managed to put her grief to the side and experience the joy of the day but it was pretty intense. Taylor proved he really is the perfect man for her because he knew all the right ways to comfort her through the heartbreaking loss and yet again proved that he always has her back.”

The couple got engaged last September after dating for two years. Interestingly, their love story started on Instagram. In an People published on October 2017, one month after the proposal, Mandy said,
“I took a picture of [Dawes’] album and posted it on Instagram. Somehow, Taylor saw it and sent a note to me. We started emailing back and forth, then we went on a date and the rest is history. Thanks Instagram, for helping me meet my fiancé!”
