The season of giving is here again! And while we bask in the Christmas spirit, let’s not forget the underprivileged children and families who need our help, especially during this trying period.
To spread a little more love to those in need this Christmas season, Endowus, a Singapore-based wealth management firm, has placed 12 vending machines in four shopping malls across Singapore to facilitate donations.
These charity vending machines — called Giving Machines — allow users to choose gifts such as food, stationery, or programmes, such as rehabilitation sessions or educational therapy, then pay for the gift with a donation of $5, $10, or $20.
Users can also select which beneficiary they would like their donation to go to.
Upon donation, the donor will then receive a giving card showing the item that the donated amount is equivalent to.
Endowus hopes to raise $50,000 from these Giving Machines for beneficiaries which include:

- Children’s Aid Society
- Children’s Wishing Well
- Extra•Ordinary People
- The Food Bank Singapore Limited
- Make-A-Wish Foundation (Singapore) Limited

- NTUC-U Care Fund
- RSVP Singapore
- Rainbow Centre Singapore
- The Red Pencil
- TTSH Community Fund
These Giving Machine can be found at the following malls: KINEX, Marina Square, United Square, and Velocity, and will be available at the malls till 31 December 2021.
